সোহাগী জাহান (তনু) হত্যাকাণ্ডের ঘটনায় জড়িত ব্যক্তি বা ব্যক্তিদের চিহ্নিত করা যখন সবচেয়ে জরুরি, তখন আমরা দেখছি নিহতের পরিবারের লোকজন কার্যত হয়রানির শিকার হচ্ছেন।
While the most significant task is to identify the persons involved in the killing of Sohagi Jahan (Tonu), we observe that the deceased family members are, in fact, being victimized to the persecution.

নির্মম খুনের শিকার সোহাগীর পরিবারটি কতটা বিপর্যস্ত, তা আমরা অনুমান করতে পারি।
We can anticipate the unfathomable distress of brutally killed Tonu’s family members.

এই পরিস্থিতিতে সোহাগীর বাবা, মা ও পরিবারের লোকজনকে যেভাবে তাঁদের গ্রামের বাড়ি থেকে নিয়ে গিয়ে আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনীর সদস্যরা সারা রাত জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করেছেন, তা এককথায় অমানবিক।
In this circumstances, the way the parents, family members and relatives who were taken from their village home by the law enforcing agency for whole night interrogation, was simply inhuman.

এটা খুবই দুর্ভাগ্যজনক যে ২০ মার্চ রাতে কুমিল্লা সেনানিবাসের ভেতরে কুমিল্লা ভিক্টোরিয়া কলেজের ছাত্রী সোহাগীর লাশ উদ্ধার করার পর এ পর্যন্ত তদন্তে কোনো উল্লেখযোগ্য অগ্রগতি নেই।
After the recovering of the dead body of Shohagi, Comilla Victoria College student, on 20th march night in midst of Comilla cantonment, unfortunately no visible advancement of the investigation is seen.

Relevant question rises that are the law enforcing agency members trying to identify killers or feel like harassing Sohagi’s family?

তদন্তের স্বার্থে বাবা-মা বা আত্মীয়-স্বজনের কাছ থেকে তথ্য জানা দরকার হতে পারে কিন্তু তাই বলে মেয়ে হারানো বাবা-মাকে বাড়ি থেকে নিয়ে গিয়ে সারা রাত ধরে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করতে হবে?
It can be essential to get information for the sake of investigation from the parents and relatives , but is it needed to interrogate parents of a lost child whole night?
