নিরপেক্ষ তদন্ত কমিটি দ্বারা দুর্ঘটনাসমূহের তদন্তও করা এবং শ্রমিকদের জীবনকে নিযে চিনিমিনি খেলায় মত্ত ব্যক্তিদের বিচারের কাঠ গড়ায় দাঁড় করানো উচিত ।
