এর আগে আমি আমার ক্লায়েন্ট(Romaniyan) এর কাজ গুলো filmora,camtesiye দিয়ে করতাম। ইউজার ইন্টারফেস আর লাইটওয়েট তাই।
সেইম ক্লায়েন্ট কে আগে ফিল্মোরা দিয়ে এডিট করে ভিডিও দিয়ে কারেকশন দিতো ২/৩ টা করে কোর্স শেষ এর ক্লাস এর দিন এর আগের দিন ক্লায়েন্ট আমাকে নক করে এবং আমি প্রথম কোন ভিডিও মেইক করে (এডোবি দিয়ে) কোনো কারেকশন ছাড়া ১৫$(পেমেন্ট) +১৫$(টিপস) পাই।
সত্যি কথা বলতে গেলে ওনার ধৈর্য,প্রবলেম সল্ভিং আর প্রেজেন্টেশন স্কিল নিয়ে কথা বললে সত্যি ওনাকে অনেক ছোট করা হবে।কারন তিনি আমার গুরু।

সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয় একটি কোর্স
সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয় একটি কোর্স এই ভিডিও এডিটিং কোর্স। আমি যখন কোর্সটি তে ভর্তি হই তখন ভিডিও এডিটিং সম্পর্কে নুন্যতম ধারণা ও ছিলো না আমার। অনেক দিন থেকেই ইচ্ছে ছিলো এমন একটি কোর্স করবার , যেখানে অন্তত ভিডিও এডিটিং সম্পর্কে আর এডোব প্রিমিয়ার প্রো এর মোটামুটি ধারণা নিয়ে বাকিটা ইউটিউব আর গুগোল করেই শিখে নিবো।কিন্তু এই কোর্সটি করে আমার প্রত্যাশা ধারণা একবারেই পাল্টে গিয়েছে।প্রত্যাশার চেয়ে প্রাপ্তিটা অনেক বেশী ছিলো এই কোর্সটি তে। অনন্য কারিকুলাম এর কারণে একটি সফটওয়্যার এর সকল টুলস এর খুটিনাটি ব্যাবহার সম্পর্কে জেনে গিয়েছি, আলাদা করে আর ইউটুব ঘাটতে হয় নি। শূণ্য থেকে ধরে ধরে প্রফেশনাল করে গড়ে তুলবার মত সক্ষমতা দেখিয়েছেন এই কোর্সের মেন্টর মোস্তাফিজুর রহমান ভাইয়া। অন্যান্য গত বাঁধা কোর্স গুলোর মত ঘড়ি ধরে নয় , আন্তরিকতার সর্বোচ্চটা দিয়ে যতক্ষণ প্রয়োজন ততটা সময় নিয়ে তিনি আমাদের শিখিয়েছেন। ১ ঘন্টার ক্লাস মাঝে মাঝে প্রয়োজনে বেশী সময় নিয়ে প্রত্যেকটা বিষয়কে উদাহরণ দিয়ে অল্প অল্প করে বুঝিয়ে সুন্দর উপস্থাপনের মাধ্যমে ক্লাস গুলো নিয়েছেন।এই কোর্সটি ভিডিও এডিটিং শেখার জন্য নিঃসন্দেহে অসাধারণ একটি কোর্স।

আসসালামুয়ালাইকুম সবাইকে আসা করি সবাই ভালো আছেন। সত্যি বলতে এখানে আজ আমি এমন একজন মানুষ সম্পর্কে কথা বলতে যাচ্ছি তিনি এমন একজন শিক্ষক, তার সাথে আমার পরিচয় মাএ ৩ মাস আগে,এই তিন মাসে তিনি আমাকে ক্লাস করিয়েছেন ৩০ টা, এই ৩০ দিনে আমি যে এক্সপেক্টেশনটা পেয়েছি এটা ছিল আনবিলিভেবল , আমি যে এক্সপেক্টেশনটা নিয়ে ক্লাসে আসছিলাম সেটা হলো, হলেও কি হবে বেশি থেকে বেশি তিন মাস ক্লাস হবে ৩০ টা ক্লাস করাবে তারপর ঐ শিক্ষকের কাজটা শেষ হয়ে যাবে সে তার মত চলে যাবে আমি আমার মত চলে আসব, বাট এই কোর্সটা করার পর আমার বিলিভ টা এতটাই বেড়ে গেল যে , আমি এখন মনে করি আমি সব পারবো এই কোর্সটা করার আগে আমি নিজের উপর বেশি বিলিভ করতে পারতাম না,মানুষকে বেশি বিলিভ করতে পারতাম না, বাট মুস্তাফিজুর রহমান ভাইয়া দিয়েছেন কিভাবে একটা মানুষকে বিলিভ করতে হয় তাও অনলি ৩০ দিনে হাউস ইট পসিবল , এটা আনবিলিভেবল সত্যি । আমি বর্তমানে অনার্সে পড়ালেখা করি বলতে গেলে আমি আমার ১৫-১৬ বছর পড়ালেখার বয়সে এমন কোন শিক্ষক পায়নি যাকে দেখে আমি ইন্সপায়ার হব যাকে দেখে আমি বিলিভ করবো যাকে দেখে আমি নিজের উপর বিলিভ করবো যাকে দেখে আমি মানুষকে বিলিভ করতে শিখব , হ্যাঁ তবে হয়নি বললে চলবে না তবে তা খুব কম সময়ের জন্য যাকে দেখে ইন্সপায়ার হতাম সে নিজে আমার ইন্সপায়ারটা আবার ভেঙ্গে দিত, সো এই ৩০ দিনে আমি যেটা দেখছি সেটা আমার ১৫ বছর ১৬ বছরে লাইফে কোনদিন দেখিনি । হ্যাঁ আমি দেশের অনেক বিখ্যাত কিছু প্লাটফর্মে অনলাইন ক্লাস করছি তবে আমি তাদের মধ্যে তো এত বিলিভনেস তাদের মধ্যে তো এত ইনস্পিরেশন দেখিনি , তাদের আমি টাকা টা দিলাম তারা টাকা টা নিল ক্লাস গুলো করলাম এরপর আর কোন খবর নাই এরপর আমি ওদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে চেয়েছিলাম এরা উল্টা অনেক কিছু বলে আর এই ক্ষেত্রে আমি ইশিখন কে ধন্যবাদ টা দিব তারা এত সুন্দর একটা প্ল্যাটফর্ম করার জন্য যে প্ল্যাটফর্মে আমি এমন একজন শিক্ষক হিসেবে এমন একজন মানুষকে পেয়েছি যার কথা না বললেই নয় । সো আমি আর বেশি কিছু বলবো না সত্যি বলতে আমার লাইফের বেস্ট শিক্ষক ছিল 😍 যার কথা আমি সারা জীবন মনে রাখবো।সো ভাইয়া আমি আপনাকে শুকরিয়া জানাই নতুন ভাবে আমার লাইফে কিছু শিখানোর জন্য আর আমি দোয়া করি আপনি যেন অনেক অনেক অনেক ভালো থাকেন আপনার ফ্যামেলিকে নিয়ে 🖤🖤

প্রথমেই বলি ইশিখন সম্পর্কে।

একজন ই-শিখন এর স্টুডেন্ট হিসেবে ই-শিখনের সুনাম করবো এটা স্বাভাবিক! হয়তো আমার কথা গুলো সবাই গতানুগতিক হিসেবে নিবে! তবে সত্য কথা বলতে ই-শিখন এর মতো আরেকটি প্রতিষ্টান বাংলা ভাষাভাষীদের জন্য আছে বলে আমার মনে হয় না!
আমি ই-শিখনের আগে অন্য আরেকটা প্রতিষ্ঠানে ১৫ হাজার টাকা দিয়ে একটা কোর্স করেছিলাম, তাই অন্যদের সাথে ই-শিখনের পার্থক্যটা খুব ভালোভাবেই বুঝতে পেরেছি! আমি এখানে এসে অন্য কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানের নামে বদনাম করবো না! তবে দুই শ্রেণীর মানুষদেরকে আমি দুইটি উপদেশ দিতে পারি!
১)যারা অনলাইন থেকে ইনকাম করতে না পেরে অনলাইন ছেড়ে অফলাইনে চলে যাওয়ার চিন্তা করছেন, তারা শেষ চেষ্টাটি ইশিকনের মাধ্যমে করে দেখুন!
২)আর যারা অনলাইনে একদমই নতুন তাদেরকে আমি ই-শিখনে ভর্তি হওয়ার উপদেশ দিবো না, আপনারাও অন্য দুই একটি প্রতিষ্ঠানে ভর্তি হয়ে আমার মত ধোকা খেয়ে শেষ পর্যায়ে ই-শিখনে আসুন! অন্যতায় ই-শিখনের গুরুত্ব কখনোই বুঝতে পারবেন না!
পৃথিবীতে কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানই ১০০% পারফেক্ট নয়! তবে ই-শিখনে যেই জিনিসটি সবার চেয়ে আলাদা সেটা হলো তাদের সাপোর্ট সিস্টেম!
-কেউ না পারলে Any Desk দিয়ে সফটওয়্যারটা পর্যন্ত ডাউনলোড করে দেওয়া হয়, না পারলে Zoom এর ইউজার নেইমটা পর্যন্ত চেইঞ্জ করে দেয়!
-নিয়মিত অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট দেখা হয়!
-অনিয়মিত শিক্ষার্থীদের কল করে তদারকি করা হয়!
-নিয়মিত শিক্ষার্থীদের কল দিয়ে কোন সমস্যা হচ্ছে কিনা তা দেখবাল করা হয়!
আমাদের ভিডিও এডিটিং কোর্সের মেন্টর “মুস্তাফিজুর রহমান স্যার” ওনার মত শিক্ষক আমি অতীতে আর কোথাও পেয়েছি বলে আমার মনে হয় না! স্যারের বুঝানোর ক্ষমতা এতটাই দারুণ, যে আমি প্রশংসা করলে হয়তো সেটাও কম হয়ে যাবে! মুস্তাফিজুর রহমান স্যার সবকিছু এতটাই বেসিক লেভেল থেকে বুঝায় যে, আজ পর্যন্ত কোন কিছু না বুঝে আমার দ্বিতীয়বার প্রশ্ন করার প্রয়োজন পড়ে নি!
আরেকটা কথা, স্যারের ধৈর্যের জন্য যদি কোন একটি বৃহৎ পুরস্কার দেওয়া হয়, হয়তো সেটিও কম হয়ে যাবে!
মাঝে মাঝে কিছু স্টুডেন্ট ক্লাসে এমন সব উল্টাপাল্টা প্রশ্ন করে, যা শুনে একজন স্টুডেন্ট হিসেবে আমার মাথা খারাপ হয়ে যায়, অথচ স্যার সামান্যতমও বিরক্ত বোধ না করে, উল্টো তাদের সকল প্রশ্নের এমন চমৎকার ভাবে উত্তরগুলো দিয়ে থাকেন এবং সমস্যাগুলোর সমাধান করে দেন যা আমার কাছে যাস্ট অ্যামাজিং লাগে!
আমাদের মেন্টর মুস্তাফিজুর রহমান স্যার এতটাই হেল্পফুল যে, সামান্য একটা জিনিস দেখিয়ে দেওয়ার পরেও না পারলেও তিনি সেটা Any Desk এর মাধ্যমে তাদের কম্পিউটারে দেখিয়ে দেন! আমাকেও দিয়েছেন!
ই-শিখনের একটি মারাত্মক খারাপ দিকও আছে! খারাপ কিনা জানি না, তবে আমার কাছে খুবই খারাপ লাগে সেটি হলো তাদের “ওয়েবসাইট।”
একটা এতোবড় প্রতিষ্টানের ওয়েবসাইটের ডিজাইন এতোটাই অসুন্দর যা কখনোই কাম্য নয়! সত্যি কথা বলতে RJ Kebria ভাইয়ার একটা পডকাস্ট থেকে ইশিখনের নাম প্রথম শুনে এখানে ভর্তি হতে এসে ছিলাম! কিন্তু ওয়েবসাইট দেখে ভর্তি হয়নি ভেবেছিলাম “”যাদের ওয়েবসাইটটাই এতো অগুছালো, তারা আর কিই বা এমন শিখাবে?”
কিন্তু রাসুল(সঃ) বলেছেনঃ “ধারণা অধিকতর মিথ্যা” হাদিসটার প্রমাণ পেয়েছি ই-শিখনে ভর্তি হওয়ার পর!
এটি ছাড়াও ই-শিখন বাংলাদেশে অবস্থানরতদের Bank payment গ্রহন করে না, আমার কাছে মনে হয় এটিও একটি খারাপ দিক। এছাড়াও ই-শিখনে bkash payment করলে কোর্স মূল্যের বাইরে এক্সট্রা ক্যাশ আউট চার্জ দিতে হয়, ক্যাশ আউট চার্জ দিতে হলে আমি ক্যাশ আউট করবো, কিন্তু পেমেন্ট করে ক্যাশ আউট চার্জ দেওয়াটা আমার কাছে অযৌক্তিক মনে হয়। তবে ই-শিখন অনলাইন কোর্স গুলোতে সারা বছর অনেক বেশি ছাড় দিয়ে থাকে, যা সত্যিই প্রশংসার দাবি রাখে।
